Had a hip replacement where they cut through the gluteus maximus, I have a very good idea of how that felt. And it took over a year to heal. Good (actually terrible) possibility some of those pellets wound up in his "male parts." I've had two vasectomies, and a vasovasotomy, so also have an idea what that could be like.
