What In the Heck is Going on with AR Parts?

I am trying to build an AR and can't hardly find parts anywhere. Is everyone scared again and buying everything or what? Anyone know who has some LPK's, Stocks, Buffers and Springs in stock so I can complete some lowers? It has been a few years since I have built a rifle and don't remember having this much trouble.

The election craze is happening. Everyone is buying parts. Add to the fact that Remington was just recently awarded the contract to build about 53,000 more M4's for the Military and now they're buying up AR parts that are already scarce. Unfortunately, I don't see things changing until months after the election.

This sucks. Every website I look at is out of stock. I was trying to find some spikes tactical lpks

They're not out of stock. They are waiting to make a 1000% profit in Sept.-Nov?

Ammo is starting to go up. Lake City XM193 5.56 has gone up an average of $30 and that's if you can even find it. Most places are out of stock. Even surplus 5.45x39 has gone up about $30.

Is the CMMG kit better than the PSA kit? I don't know much about either company.

Heck I have been trying to get just the cam pin and cotter pin for a bolt carrier group and I can't seem to find anywhere that have those in stock either.
