Message: <blockquote data-quote="JD8" data-source="post: 3126249" data-attributes="member: 24"><p>I'd say you're in an excellent position.  Here's the thing though, if you're not willing to do homework and remain nimble, then pick a fund or some ETFs.  You'll likely do well.  If you want to do the research and like watching the market then there are plenty of stocks to pic as well.  If you're heavy in Energy stocks I'd look at diversifying into some tech at the very least.  Typically I hedge my "vegas" stocks (weed, biotech) with something more stable like Apple, Home Depot, Lockheed Martin etc.  Again, DD is the key.</p></blockquote><p></p>
