What is your woods/hunting/back-up outdoor revolver or pistol? Right now mine is a 3" S&W 66 Comp F or a 5" S&W Model 27. I have been thinking of moving up in caliber/power but really don't know if it is needed in Oklahoma. What is the chance I will run into a black bear, a mountain lion, or a big foot? I have seen and dropped some hogs, seen and dropped some dogs, and even saw a bobcat but I know the .357 mag with a nice 158 gr JSP will work on them. What say you, what do you carry, and experiences with your revolver or pistol. Calibers I am entertaining: 10mm .44 Mag .45Colt :thumb:
