Dillon pretty much had him clamped down on actual price for their equipment and what you got from him was that free shipping over a certain order amount. When I bought my 650 I had bought some of the pieces from a local couple that was getting out of shooting. They had bought a couple of new 650's with all the bells and whistles, a ton of Starline brass and various other items and had never taken any of it out of the packaging. I got my case feeder from them with some various other bits. After I ordered my press and the other pieces Brian called me and asked why I was buying 5 caliber conversions but only one tool head. He just wanted to make sure I knew what I was ordering and was getting everything I actually needed. You got great customer service from him too.
