We've always been told at work to watch what we post on Facebook, I always thought it was more of an empty threat, as I'm known around the workplace for having somewhat funny, but risque posts on my Facebook. I was listening to the radio this morning and it was a topic of discussion, several people even called in to say they or knew people who were fired becuase of what they wrote on Facebook and even some who said their Facebook was used against them in court. For the old folks on here, Facebook is a stupid social media website people use to try to have sex with the people they graduated with 10+ yrs ago or to tell alot of people at once that you are at Arby's eating a Beef n' Cheddar. Do you guys think that it's fair a work place can use outside legal activities against you? How is this not a Freedom of Speech issue? Discuss.
