1. $100 U.S. engraved plates. Not counterfeit plates from N Korea or Iran but real engraving plates. Enough to fit in a brief case then make copies of those.

2. The exact formula to make and produce American dollars... types of colored thread, cloth(cotton)/paper ratio, the exact type of paper,the color formula/counterfeit steps formulas and types of ink,..micro printing, raised print, security ribbon, water marks...etc.

That's my guess.
