Glass elevator on the side of a skyscraper. It only went from the ground floor to the restaurant on the roof and was slow so you could enjoy the scenery. We did.

EDIT: Oh crap, I can not remember if it was Honolulu or NYC. Damn I am getting old or the O2 thing is messing with my memory. I can remember the young lady really well, what we were doing and a nice sunset, but can not remember the city. I do remember we did it after reading a letter to Penthouse the night before.
