Well I'm disappointed that apparently one of our friends has left so is this now "ex-Parte"? Now to the case at hand, your client wishes to bring suit against her lawyer for malpractice in relation to his failing to show up for several court appearances as well as failing to file certain papers as promised. And your client claims her Civil Rights were violated because in one event the lawyers failure to appear and present evidence in his possession resulted in the position of being coerced into a plea bargain. There were many witnesses in the court when the judge suggested BAR complaints be considered by your client against her lawyer but she was still unrepresented during court. Many of the papers to be filed regarding prior cases involved alleged violations being allowed by those in the system. It's just likely to get messy and many feel the public shouldn't be exposed to such, and if she did win then others would want to question the system and sue also. You should already realize the system has had to duck some questions, deal with some flak, pull some strings, and "readjust" some laws due to information in the "Performance audit" of DHS, and the 2007 ABA report on the Juvenile Court in OKC., And then there were several judges who left the bench recently that some would rather not have talked about. Then there is the issue of the two judges the higher courts overturned for jailing people in violation of their Constitutional rights who are still on the bench, just think if people realized a judge could defy the Constitution and deny a citizens' Civil Rights and remain on the bench they might not understand. So let's just say the system has suffered enough black eyes and you adding to it might be considered not acting in the best interest of the system you're a part of, and as some of the issues could lead to further lawsuit payouts at the taxpayers expense which could make you look bad and effect any future political aspirations you may have
