Could Obama have shut down the federal munitions plant with an executive order or something?  Isn't that the government has to provide cheap, reliable ammo for sale part of the 2A and the whole reason the federal government is in the ammo business to begin with??  Something just isn't adding up.</p></blockquote><p></p>
