Does anyone know where there's a range you can shoot steel? I live about 1 hr 50 min south of Okc. Would love to find a place that had it's own targets out to at least 150 yrds.

Too far for you possibly, but Ponca City Rifle and pistol club has steel from 25yds to 300 yds.
I'd like a good outdoor range, too. It's far too difficult in such a rural state to find a place to shoot outdoors. It's crazy.
You'd think with only 3.5 million people in a country twice the size of Austria we'd be able to find a place to shoot easy.

In Houston I had a good outdoor range 15 minutes from my house. Here in OKC, nothing.

Oklahoma City Gun Club has steel I believe between 200 to 500 yards, it's member only though. The range on banner road is open to the public and it has pistol and rifle out to 100 yards, the entry used to be $10 last time I went. Lexington WMA has a 100 yard range, but can be busy and always a bunch of junk shot up, you have to have a hunting or fishing license to shoot there. Several WMA's have ranges as long as you have either license it is free to shoot at.
