I have a couple of items that I would like to find out about. Best guesses so far is that they’re Ottoman flintlock blunderbuss pistols. I have no idea where I could take them for a true evaluation. The brass colored one is definitely a wall hanger meant for display only, but the darker one has been called authentic by the people I’ve shown it to so far. The hammer and trigger function on the dark one whereas the trigger and hammer do not seem to have any connection on the brass one. If anyone has any ideas on where I could take these to find out some more about their history, it would be greatly appreciated!!
