I'm home alone with my kids a lot since my husband has to travel every once in a while with his job. We live in the country, closest neighbor is 1/2 miles away. I have my consealed and carry 24/7. For the exact reason I'm alone with my kids 95% of the time. So if something were to happen and I were home alone. I would NOT go outside looking for trouble. I'd grab the shotty get my kids safe behind me in the closet, call 911 and wait. Someone better identify themselves before they walk up to my closet door. Just saying.</blockquote>
