Message: <blockquote data-quote="zseese" data-source="post: 851103" data-attributes="member: 8672">I emailed the OSBI on the 60 and 90 day mark after my card was charged and the last email i sent got a reply of "your application has been processed.  Expect a letter from us within two weeks of this message." give or take.  then i called the Sheriffs office that day (was a tuesday) and was told to call back at the end of the week which i did on friday morning and it was there.  the email address to send your progress request is in this thread somewhere...I'm sure you could call every day after the 90 day mark, but I would email the OSBI first and if their response is your app has been processed, then call the sherriffs office within or after a week of the response, the lady behind the counter when i picked mine up told me most people were not getting the letters on time if at all so yes, be proactive about it after 90 days...</blockquote>
