Who Else Heats with a Wood Stove?

We use a Lopi Republic 1750 to heat our 2200 sq ft home. Will keep the house at a comfy 74° all winter.....heater never kicks on....

heating with wood is one of the only utility costs we actually have control over ... with today's high efficiency stoves we get both clean burning and long burn times that really reduces the amount of wood handled. assuming you shag down your own wood ... wood is free but the labor is not. the less handling the better!
