Gas prices rising. Not the fact XL pipeline was shuttered. Its Hope my friends. This is the type of Hope and Change I can do without.

Given all this, Americans are driving less and thus using less gas, not more. So why are prices rising? It comes down to one thing: hope. And that’s why, despite the impact on your wallet, there’s reason to be glad about the rising price at the pump.

Ummmm that's a cool story but that is not true. It went up during the Holidays and a large part of America went back to work after the 1st.
Demand goes up..........Price goes up . Plain and simple end of story. Gas does not work like the DOW or Nasdaq.

My mom's nurse said she paid $3+ for gas yesterday. She didn't say where but she lives in Choctaw.

I paid $1.79 for it at Sam's.

Gas at the Love's in Okmulgee dropped $0.02/gal last week. I'd have to check my mileage log, but I think it was $1.77/gal on Sunday.
