They (the moderator and those putting on the debate) read all the perspective questions and cherry pick the ones closet to what they really want to ask or that can set up some favored spin. The moderator knew in advance the question and there's a chance so did the participants in the debate. (or at least one of them)Romney did well, Obama did well.
