I may have a broken firing pin and/or extractor problem. The gun goes click but won't fire. Also, when i pull back the bolt the unfired shell will not not extract off the bolt. I read that bolt disassembly is much easier with the tool? Anyone have one?

It's been a few years since I disassembled a Carbine bolt, but I can vouch for the disassembly tool as being invaluable for the job. Also, I strongly suggest taking apart the bolt inside a clear plastic gallon bag, in case a spring-loaded part makes a bid for freedom :wink2:

I can't recall if I have the tool, but I'm certain others in the OKC area can loan you one. Otherwise, the USGI article isn't hard to find for purchase. Steer clear of the cheap Chinese copies.
