Message: <blockquote data-quote="JB Books" data-source="post: 1878071" data-attributes="member: 6889">"Killling unborn babies" is an extremely emotional play on words.  The abortion debate is an extreme debate.  One the one hand there is the concern for the unborn and on the other there is the right of a woman to chose what to do with her own body.  It is a no win debate.  Frabkly, men should stay out of it.Saving convicted murders is another extreme emotional statement.  Many, many people, including the majority of very conservative anti-abortion Catholics are against the death penalty.  Personally, I am all in favor of it.  It should be expanded to cover rape and child molestation.The 2nd amendment is worthless without the 1st.  What's the point of having arms, if you can get into legal trouble for what you say?There are some very anti-gun Democrats.  They are people who sincerely believe that private ownership of firearms is a dangerous and bad thing.  Some except out sporting firearms.  These folks are sincerely and 100% wrong in their beliefs.The gay marriage issue is another wedge issue.  However, I don't think advocating tolerance for Muslims is tantamount to accepting their beliefs.  Gay marriage out to be a state by state issue.  A stupid policy made by stupid people.  Just like prohibition.Illegal aliens cannot vote.  it is an automatic permenant bar to citizenship.The Repubs love to blame illegal aliens for everything.  It is disgusting and frankly, quite racist.You mean Dems don't care about all the made up fiction and half truths associated with Obama's background?Why won't Romney release his tax returns?Who celebrates Ramadan?  One or two isolated incidents?  When everyday Christian holidays and evaents are celebrated?Nice emotional appeals, but both parties are equally screwed up.</blockquote>
