Probably the same reason someone can appeal enough times to die of old age on death row. Heck criminals  don't really even fear prison or death sentences anymore cause they know once in they can start to manipulate the system. I say bring back swift death sentences. We have alot more technology now days & if your red handed without a shadow of a doubt convicted of a crime worthy of death why waste millions a year in tax dollars. Go straight from the court room to the gallows. Far too many repeat criminals for murder, rape, kidnapping & other horrible crimes. Those people should never have the option to walk free again & also shouldn't have the freedom to live out their days on our tax dollars either.</p></blockquote><p></p>
