The Glock grip angle came from the German Luger, that's why it seems odd. As far as not safe, unreliable, and not accurate for a more proficient shooter, that's kinda' stretching it. 1) Just keep your finger off the trigger, 99.999% safe. :rollingla 2) I find them to be just as reliable as my S&W Shield or S&W Model 66. I have probably only had 1 FTE from my 35, which I've had now going on 2 years. My 20 has only had, also, 1 FTE. I've had it for about a year. 3) I'm quite a proficient shooter with handguns and at 25 yards I can place all 15 rounds out of my 35 into about a 1" to a 1 1/2" group. So accuracy is there.
