Why no night sights for rifles?

Why can't a guy get what he wants. No luck on Trijicon's sight.

Why not just go with a red dot/light or laser/light?

I got a Wicked Light for Christmas last year - it comes with a mount that goes on your scope - works great! I think they run about 140 bucks for the light, batteries, charger, and mounts. And you can light up over 150 yds away.

i've found the best thing night sights do is help me find my gun in the dark,doesn't do any good to see your sights if you can't see the target.as ol yeller said illumination is the key

I just like to go in a dark room and look at the three little dots when I am bored. It's kinda like why I got a tattoo that says "U.S.M.C." - It gives me something to read when I'm on the john.
