Sadly that doesn't mean much these days ,the standard to became an NRA instructor is so low virtually anyone can qualify
that is true. However her skills in moving through the shoot house in both cautious and dynamic entry were not taught at an NRA course. Her vehicle defense skills were learned in Oregon. Her next scheduled evolution is close quarters pistol and edged weapon in Arizona if she can scrape the time off from work. Today's work which we are just about packed for will be working with induced malfunctions. Have let this fall off for too long. Then we will probably work on some barricades and vehicle e.v.a shooting.

Maybe post some videos of that ,cause the ones you posted don't seem to support your claims of y'all's abilities

Why be so negative? We all recommend going through professional training and they have been doing that. Kudu's to them for doing that when most don't.
Are they world class like you think you are? Who puts you in charge of determining how good someone is?
Lighten up Francis. Good grief.

Say your friend was building a house and he was about to hire a trim carpenter and he tells you I found this trim carpenter who says he is the best, in fact his screen name on the internet is trim carpenter.
And you had seen this trim carpenter's work and knew he was possibly the worst trim carpenter in the universe .wouldn't You tell your friend? Well that's what's going on here,l'm certainly not a trim carpenter, but I have been around new construction long enough to know when a trim carpenter's claims and his skill don't match up

Because in most training evolution's she is at a disadvantage having to pull a double action first pull. Plus a 1911 is just the finest gun there is. Her Legion 229 is kinda nice but nowhere near as nice as any of our 1911's
Sorry but not buying it. Not just you or her but most every shooter thinks this is the case but it's really not. Ever seen Miculek shoot a DA revolver at speed? Training, training, training. DA first, second, third, etc, is not a disadvantage. Saw a video just yeaterday posted on another forum of a guy drawing from a holster and perfectly cutting a card (on edge) at 7 yards in under 2 seconds. He was running a Beretta 92. DA first shot. It didn't even "look" fast. I like 1911s as much as anyone, but her Sig is a far better tool.

Go here at about the 4:30 minute mark to see what @Gunbuffer was talking about.

I think it's great that she likes to shoot and what seems to shoot so much. I also agree that she or really anyone should carry and shoot what they are most comfortable with, can manipulate with ease and safety and enjoys shooting. It doesn't look like she is practicing a version of the Powerpoint or blade shooting stance so do you think if she were to use the Weaver or Isosceles stance she would be quicker and smoother?
