For an entry level gun - WOW!

Hit most shots on target at 25 yards on pistol range even had a few in the bull.

She hit 90% plus on the plinking range. Even had another shooter compliment her on her shooting. The gun shot Federal & Winchester equally well.

Best $129 I have spent lately.

My friend just graduated from OSU with a degree in Industrial Engineering,,,
I wanted to get her something nice but my funds were a bit limited,,,
So I made her a "Cowboy" rig and bought her a 4.5" Rough Rider in 22 LR.

The little shooter was very precise right out of the box,,,
Before I gave it to her I tested it using a small rifle/handgun rest,,,
I was able to keep all of the shots in a 3/4" circle at a distance of 15 yards.

That's pretty decent for a gun that had a grand total price of $174.01 + $20.00 transfer fee.

It's no Ruger but for the money it's a satisfying and fun plinker.

Congrats on getting her a new gun!

I've heard they are pretty good for the money, I just bought a Ruger Single Six Convertible .22LR/.22mag that I wouldn't trade for anything but the Heritage version would be a great camp gun I bet. I'll stick to Ruger and S&W for bigger calibers though.
