Wife wants an XDM - in FDE

But it doesn't appear Springfield Armory makes such a beast, regardless of length or caliber.

She's wanting an XDm in 45acp 4.5" model - but in FDE.

So, quick question: can someone give me a rough idea of the cost of getting the black version of this pistol cerakoted in FDE or am I totally missing the FDE version on their website?

It does indeed seem like it comes in black, and bi-tone.

Surely someone can cerakote it , or another coating...Good Luck

They do have them in OD green.

Do it yourself, by the time you buy a sprayer you would be able to pay for it yourself and paint anything else you want. Pretty simple job then put it in the oven

Yep, thats what I found. No FDE advertised. Luckily, OSA has stepped up again for me. I've been contacted by a member that will show me how to properly cerakote.

Nothing quite like this sites members! proud to be a member.

Just make sure you clean the heck out of it, the secret is in the prep
