Winchester model 70 identification

Can anyone help identify this model 70.

Made in 1964 I think,jeweled bolt and floated.

Its not a Pre-'64. Looks like its maybe just a run of the mill XTR from the 70's.

Theres a web site Winchester has, where you put the serial number in and it gives you a date of manufacture. Don't know how to post a link but google it. Hope this helps.
