I came across this Winchester Centennial 66 Carbine a while back, and would like to turn it into something I will use.
This Model 94 was made in 1966 (obviously,) and is still in the box. As best I can tell, it's never been out of the box, with only the tissue paper torn in place to view the rifle. The paperwork is still inside with the rifle. The box is intact, but its not perfect, with damage obvious in the photos. This rifle was offered in two flavors, the carbine and the rifle. This is the carbine version, with the 20" heavy octagon barrel, and it chambered in 30-30. These were the first of the "Commemorative" Winchesters, and not extremely rare or valuable. They are beautiful guns, and make great pieces to display or use. There is nothing that prevents this from being a fantastic using rifle...I am just more of a Marlin guy when its comes to levers.
I have attached a link to a Chuck Hawks article describing the gun, and his experiences with it.

I would like to trade this rifle for something I think I need, and my need list is relatively small. I do have a hankering for a nice .308 or .30-06 hunting bolt gun, something like a Christensen Arms Mesa, Howa Super Lite, Remington Model 7 Stainless, Remington Mountain Rifle, Winchester Model 70 Extreme Weather, Weatherby Vanguard Back Country, Kimber Montana, etc... I can add cash, take cash, whatever depending on the deal.
Trade or Cash Value is $1200. Feel free to make offers not in that list, but those items will get priority.
