Hearing of the approaching wind storm.....I had several large standing dead oaks along my drive and near vicinity of the house/garage. I decided on Tuesday to drop 8 trees to the ground 'on my terms'. I can 'encourage' them to drop where I want rather than the direction that may cause other damage. So glad I did. now to clean up that mess. However, looks like I have next winter's firewood supply now.
