I belong to the Stillwater Rifle/Pistol Club,,, I had assumed that since it is located at a county park,,, That it would be shut down for the duration of the state shut-down. On a whim I e-mailed the club and found that they are open,,, They are just asking for that social distance thing. Thursday after work I'm gonna go and shoot up a Little Caesar's pizza box. Aarond .
I went to the range this afternoon, only one other guy there.Decided to break out some 22 ammo I bought before the obama years.
Not a thing,,, It's just that I enjoy "found" targets,,, And I'll eat the whole pizza on the way to the range. Seriously though, Pizza boxes make great targets,,, In another forum I read a thread where someone took pictures of pizza boxes and assigned point values to the parts. For instance you shoot at the pips of the Domino's pizza boxes. I might have the pictures saved somewhere on my home computer,,, If I can find them I'll post 'em up here. Aarond .
LOL. Mine never closed, but I haven't been running nearly as much the last month and a half. It helps when you shoot at your neighbor's most of the time. Went to the public range at Alva today, though. There was actually someone else there. Some guy with a gal that was a new gun owner. Pretty cool to watch. I don't know if he was a "trainer", though I think he may have been local LE?
