If you want to seal the wood so you never have mess with it again ( but requires stain or paint over it) go look up CPES clear penetrating epoxy sealer. VERY EXPENSIVE STUFF, but for me the Behr solid stain did the trick. It is almost like paint, and it goes over treated lumber just fine. Easy to use.</p></blockquote><p></p>
