If they mess around with you it is because of the comp analyst decisions and the insurance. Like full auto stated if they are working with you and have no denied anything I would go without a lawyer. In the end when and if you get a settlement, and you do not think it is fair then I would lawyer up. At that point you could lawyer up for anything above what is being offered. Though more specifics I would talk to Uncle JB Books he is a lawyer. He could direct you on some options I would assume.</p></blockquote><p></p>
