After reading ALL of the posts in this thread I have come to MY conclussion, NO, I would not trust a Kel-Tec with my life. Several posts indicate that their KT only had 1-2 ftf or fte, One is too many! I will stick to my Colt 1911 .45 or in a more casual setting my Colt Mustang .380 both of which have NEVER had a FTF or FTE or Fail anything since I have owned them!! (thousands of rounds thru both). If you trust your KT or your Glock or whatever then I am happy that you feel good about it but I would only trust a proven and well tested weapon to protect myself and my loved ones.
