I have a Ferris IS700z 61" deck, mower has about 422 hours, but the B&S 27hp motor has less than 10. O'Conners put a new engine on it this past Summer have receipt for that. Relatively new blades, overall in good condition. Needs bit of TLC here and there: One of the headlights doesn't work, and needs the seat adjustment lever reinstalled with a new spring. Have an extra oil filter or two that can go with it, and a new drive belt that I never installed. Was going to list it on here for $4500, but would entertain serious offers. New one of same model from O'Conners would be almost 7k with tax and everything.
