WTT - New Hi-point Carbine for the Old style Carbine.

Okay, I know this might seem a bit odd,,,
But if anyone out there has one of the older carbines,,,
You know the one that is nicknamed the "Planet of the Apes Carbine",,,
Assuming yours is in as good condition as mine, I would be interested in an even swap.

The conditions are as follows:
1: Your gun can not be be a "beater",,,
2: We need to meet and test fire both carbines.

This isn't a high priority thing for me,,,
I simply like the old style better than the new tactical style,,,
If I can find someone willing to trade it's just something I would like to do.

We could meet at my rifle/pistol club that is just west of Stillwater, OK,,,
We meet, determine that our guns are both in good shape,,,
Then we each test fire a box of 50 rounds of ball ammo.

If your carbine isn't a beaten up thing,,,
And it fires all 50 rounds ,,,
I'll happily trade.

If nothing happens from this post it's no biggie,,,
It's just that I would enjoy owning the original version,,,
Of the butt-ugliest carbine ever manufactured by human kind.
