I'm not sure what you beef against the native American part is for. It's marketing but has no benefit as to the interest rates on their product.

I think the issue might be that they require you to follow tribal jurisdiction, and it is a tribal owned company. If that doesn't open it up for bias.....

The rates are lower than many competitors.

It is dubious to speculate who has jurisdiction because of the location and tribal affiliation of the borrowers.
