Don't have any idea, but it seems when areas become popular or big events, the gangs want to take over.One example is the restaurant and tshirt shop near the OSU campus that put on a big outdoor party every year for loyal customers.The gangs from bigger cities took it over with fights and gunfire.The great event no longer exists because of that.There are other examples.....
