All we can do is prepare for emergencies the best we can and trust God to help us deal with them when they happen. It’s a hassle for sure but in the big scheme of things I’d much rather have the inconvenience of a water leak than a lot of other things. Glad they caught it when they did.</p></blockquote><p></p>
