I had a S&W 500 but sold it. It just sat in the safe, I never shot it. On the other extreme, I had a NAA .22 Short. Sold it too because I never shot it.

Mine ia a S&W 629 with the 8 3/4 barrel.
I don't shoot it as much anymore with the arthirits in the hand.
Just too painful, I don't even shoot 357 mag as much anymore.
I load a real pleasant 38spl round for plinking these days.
Doesn't have much more recoil than a 22lr.

Them's the fun ones! I also have a 9mm load that just rolls the spent cases out of my Sig 228, awesome!

Contender in .44mag. When I do everything right with shooting technique I can put 4-5 rounds in one wallowed out hole at 25yds. Haven't taken the time to try it at greater distances. Not scoped yet either. I had an Encore in 7mm-08 that hitting a 10-12 inch piece of I-beam at 250yds was childs play. Thats why I like shooting the big handguns. I suppose you can do such things with lesser rounds, but the boom and recoil makes me grin.
