I'm headed back north today. Good luck to all those youngsters who have yet to fill a tag. Hope the weather cooperates better today! The hot wind here in north central Oklahoma was miserable yesterday.

My 8 year old shot a nice doe Saturday night despite the horrible weather. Shot her with his 7mm-08, 130 grain Hornady sst. 50 yards , took her heart out, she made a 60 yard death run just to the edge of the field. We made it a family night in the ground blind, it was a blast!

Looks like a McCroskey to me.

It's a McCroskey and if there is anyone on here who doesn't have one, they absolutely need one. I don't go overboard pushing products but I have never had a knife that sliced through a sternum without pressure like butter. Made not only field dressing but also completely skinning and processed a job that was completed in a few minutes.

My 10yo took this one tonight with her .300aac w 125 NBT. Deer #3
