Carry license question

I travel alot. Grandkids in Alabama, inlaws in Texas, vacations in many states at the behest of my wife. So I prefer to have my permit, seeing as how we have to pay for our rights. I don't agree with it, but until there's some organization, I'm stuck with it.

My first card took six weeks. After moving it took about a month before I got it. Have they cashed your check or pinged your visa yet?

Until such time as you get the card, not all states require a CCW permit with constitutional carry. IMHO it is better to have it in spite of that, too many factors come to play. Here is a useful guide: https://www.usconcealedcarry.com/resources/ccw_reciprocity_map

Years ago I was told they don't send them individually as received but in batches, so they sit there waiting to fill the envelope.
