Microwelding. Anybody?

I need a very hard to find rear sight welded back together. Anybody know anyone that does micro-welding?

Relative size is tiny, a pencil eraser stood on end could cover it twice. Picture larger than actual size.

Looks like some buggered up screws. Are you wanting to fill that divot in front of the screw?
