1 - 28oz can petite diced tomatoes, drained

1 - medium yellow onion, diced

1 - bunch cilantro, chopped

2-3 - Jalapenos, chopped

1 - 7oz can San Marcos chipotle sauce

1T of brown sugar

1T liquid hickory smoke

Juice from one lime

Mix, let set at room temp for an hour...then chill...then enjoy ;)

Sounds good. Will have to give it a try and then experiment with some batches varying the HEAT of the Jalepeno's, the wife likes mild.

Got this printed out - my addiction is Salsa and Chips - I can eat a whole jar in one sitting....

Needless to say I get my money's worth when I go to a Mexican joint
