I don't know if it keeps people away but I get the thumbs up on the highway all the time.

Never heard of a "Madison" flag. Do you, by chance, mean the Gadsden flag?

Hmm, I guess I should actually answer the question. I'll put an NRA sticker on my truck, or other vehicle that won't be leaving the state, but on my car, which occasionally is called to haul my bad self to Godforsaken Yankeeland, no stickers of any kind. I'm more worried about the po-po in those areas than I am about any effect on criminals; criminals are likely to just smash and grab, regardless of any stickers, but the po-po can use it as an excuse to harass you...

I stick with an NRA sticker. It says..."am I carrying a gun"...."maybe". Which I think is a nice deterrent. I woud never put a sticker on my car if I kept a weapon stored in it though. Don't need to advertise.

I have had a Molon Labe sticker on my truck for along time. I have found that most people have no clue what it means. lol
Yeah there are a lot of people that don't have a clue what it means. So that sticker won't make a difference. But I suppose that if someone has a sticker such as glock or some other kind of pro 2A sticker it would probably be a deterrent. But some people it probably doesn't matter at all. Like some meth head. They are not thinking straight so its doesn't matter.
