It is a 2-dimensional photo that is clever and edgy but if seen in person would only possibly fool you for an instant, and then only if you were in precisely the right spot. A second later your eyes would detect that it was a photo and that would be it. He doesn't have a fully dressed manequin hog-tied in the bed of his truck. To suggest this warrants alarm shows a startling lack of perspective, perhaps in more than one way.

IF it is as realistic as it apears to be, it's wrong and it's fuctup.
If it's not as real as it seems, it's only in bad taste.
There's no first amendment issue in this thread that I can see.
