This same thing happened to my neighbor and his corn field..The county deputy just went to the school and looked at all the cars and trucks..Two or three of them still had corn stalks hung up under the vehicle..Bingo......

I drove around to all of the local farms looking for those tread patterns. There is usually one or two parked outside. Used binoculars from the road to do a little snooping.
It's 20 miles one way to get there. But now the neighbors know what's going on an promised to watch we might catch the ones that find the surprise waiting on them.
They feed a lot of cattle around there, so there out and about every day.
