Black Lives Matter activist Shaun King said that it is permissible to tear down the statues of Jesus Christ that show him with European features because they support white supremacy.

"Yes, I think the statues of the white European they claim is Jesus should also come down. They are a form of white supremacy. Always have been," King tweeted on Monday.

Fun fact... All of the Italian masters carvings used men for models because society was so modest, so they would just chuck a couple of boobs on em to finish. Literally transgender statues.

Statues vary from paintings in physical forms. Sure, they're one in the same both being considered art, but think of a statue as a three dimensional painting, which is the topic of this thread lol

Let me ask the question a different way......Society did not allow immodest female models for sculptors, but they did for painters?
