Canik TP9 SC Elite

Been looking at these. Like what I see. Anyone have one? What's your opinion?

I have a tp9 sf, and have owned another before it. Decent trigger, pretty good copy of the walther ppq. Only complaint is they often only come with one mag

I didnt like them for the most part. It was a bit heavier than my P99 that it was modeled after. The grip was considerably more slick also.

Loved the trigger though. Had very gritty take up but once you hit the wall, it broke NICELY.

Edit; That was when they first came out, so things might have changed

I shoot every week with a guy that has one. I will say when he got this gun his shooting improved dramatically. He just ordered the Canik mete.

I have the SFX and love it. I put a red dot on it also.

I haven't owned one but have handled many. I just can't get past the weight of the slide. To me they are just so heavy where they don't need to be.

I own 2 Caniks, the Tp9SF and Elite. Both are great shooters, very accurate and reliable. The trigger on both is very good and there is really no need to upgrade it. I would recommend them to anyone. I had the Elite SC but it just wasn't a good fit for me. Too small for my needs so I traded it off.

I had a SFX that I sold to @El Pablo. I am by no means a handgun aficionado, but I liked it and the trigger was pretty dang good. Only put a few mags through it though, never abused it or tried to put some crappy Amy through it to test it though.
