Anyone take them for health reasons?
I didn't know the difference..I thought he was asking about the mmj card kind. Shows how much I know about. Thanks for the info.Read up on full-spectrum vs isolate CBD. Lots of opinions on which is better depending on reason for taking.
The Irwin Naturals brand is a good one if you like gummies AND of course want the kind that are legal to buy without a medical card. Wife thinks they help her sleep and for joint pains. I've read they work best if you take every day vs "as needed". My mother also taking them now based on wife recommendation and mom won't be without them now LOL.
If the CBD helps you that is better than having to get a card and taking the THC kind as I've read there can be some negatives to that vs just the non-Rx CBD stuff.
ALSO this brand of products has helped us both:

I'm not a doctor...good luck.
The "legal" full-spectrum stuff has a regulated amount of THC that it can contain. It is a VERY small amount, which is fine because it is the CBD portion that is what provides the anti-inflammatory claimed benefits. The real research you need to do is on isolate vs full-spectrum if you gonna use the non-Rx kind.I didn't know the difference..I thought he was asking about the mmj card kind. Same thing can happen with poppy seed muffins. And diabetics can fail DUI test...there needs to be better controls for these situations.I remember when the CBD stuff first came out I tried a bunch of it. The gummies, the tincture, drinks, etc. Never really did much. Gotta be careful with that stuff too, I imagine it has gotten better, but back in the day I remember a few rumors that there was sometimes THC found in batches, enough to get you to fail a drug test.
