Morning y'all. I'm having a fun day. Before we had a safe, we had a little metal box under the bed that had a few important things in it.
Didn't realize it had a combo - it had never been locked. Well, it is now. And z06man doesn't know the combo. There's only 970 possibilities left.

I had a buddy that used to work demolition.
He found a small safe once in a building he was wrecking that was locked.
He spent like a year going through the possibilities until he found it.
Ended up with a nice little safe.

Figured out how to work smarter not harder. It was in z06man's old house when he had a fire, so there was some smoke residue on all three of the little dials. It had worn off the far right one some, but it was pretty easy to tell what numbers had been exposed on the middle and left one, so it only took a few tries.

Yeah, I'm home. Call whenever. I need to clean mine out too, it's at 97% after all the PMs that have been flying around this morning. I keep cheating and just emptying my sent box, but that's about to not work.

I just had a yummy dinner. And I have leftovers for a couple days:
1/2 dozen brats (I picked them up fresh and handmade from a new local meatmarket)
1 medium sweet onion
1 stick butter
3 bottles of beer.
I chopped up the onion, put it in a saucepan with the beer, onion, and brats, brought it to a boil, then turned it down to simmer.
When the brats were cooked, I pulled them out, then put them on a grill long enough to mark them, then put them back in the saucepan while I toasted some hot dog buns.
Put a brat and some onions on a toasted bun.... very yummy.
I just wish I'd had a little cheese. i think that would've topped it off nicely.
