Wondering if the exotic metal is worth the $1,055 asking price???
There are other J frame options like mentioned before, but would the metal be worth the paper?
Durability, corrosion, lightest weight possible to date, extra $$$

I absolutely love mine! It is my go to summer time gun, especially in shorts. Well made accurate gun, you can plink all day with 38spl. But I will tell you for free; if your adrenaline isnt pumping before you shoot full house 357 mag loads it will be by the time you open the cylinder lol.

You need to give it least thirty seconds before you open the cylinder. Your forearm has to regain muscle control from the recoil concussion aftershock.

I have the Scandium framed 360PD and a Scandium S&W SC1911 Commander. I like both. I’ve been looking at the Scandium .44mag in the classifieds, but I just can’t make myself pay that much for a gun these days.

I have an lcr in .357, not sure if its as light as the s&w- but ive found that the light 110 gr hp are worth a try in the lightweight snubs. They are quite tolerable in the lcr
